This fast-paced role is focused on growing our SMB customer base through expansion and acquisition of net-new customers. Supported by our Lead Development team, you will balance receiving qualified opportunities to drive through the sales cycle with hunting for cross sell and upsell opportunities in your existing customer base. This role reports into our Country Manager.What you’ll be working onSales development and management of Barracuda brand products, including but not limited to, channel development, management and training, high-touch sales.Meet regional and individual sales objectives with accurate forecastingConsistently outperform sales quotas; Achievement driven;Highly competitivePreparing and completing action plansAbility to prospect and manage C-Level and senior level relationships within organizationsWhat you bring to the role2+ years sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in network security and storageExperience in channel sales and management particularly with System Integrators.Excellent presentation skills and communication skills both verbally and written in Chinese andEnglish.Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Experience with prospecting, solution demonstration, problem solving, closing, and customer management.High energy and positive attitude.What you’ll get from us:A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
