Component Sourcing International is hiring an Account Manager for Customer Success in Charlotte, NC.Primary point of contact between CSI and customers.Focus on relationship management and driving new project opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Accurately and efficiently key in and confirm sales orders, shipping information, pricing.• Resolution of any customer issues.• Provide strategic, responsive, and reliable service to customers.• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.• Lead, manage, and document regular customer inventory reviews.
Requirements
• Degree preferred in supply chain or international business.• 3-5 years of forward-facing customer service or account management experience.• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
