Job Description

Location
This position is open to candidates within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones, offering the flexibility to work virtually.
Summary
The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive service management for assigned clients and policies. It involves active engagement in new business solicitation on existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives led by our Producers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Producers to identify and develop new business opportunities for both existing clients and prospects.
- Handle requests for certificates, endorsements, and audits, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.
- Manage communications effectively between agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Issue cancellation and non-renewal notices in compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Resolve inquiries and issues from internal teams, insurers, or clients swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Engage with brokers, clients, and underwriters on certificate-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in preparing quotes and binders for new businesses, renewals, and endorsements.
- Lead and coordinate renewal processes for assigned accounts proactively.
- Manage client accounting records, addressing any discrepancies and overseeing receivable collections.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, enhancing service delivery and procedural adherence.
- Maintain meticulous records in the agency management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a valid insurance license and fulfill Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
- Encouraged to meet career path progression as outlined by supervisors.

- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
