As the Account Executive (AE) you will be responsible for pursuing and closing new business with both new and existing clients for Valorem Reply. You will be a member of the Customer Success team and will live in the region. A successful candidate will coordinate business development, relationship and marketing activities in pursuit of business acquisition. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of comprehensive account and pursuit plans.
Responsibilities: Involve Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leadership to identify, qualify, propose and close new business opportunities Establish relationships across a wide network of prospect representing both business and IT leaders with the objective of uncovering and developing new opportunities Accurately manage and maintain revenue and pipeline forecasts Actively maintain account, opportunity, and contact information in CRM Collaborate and manage pursuit process in coordination with Solution Area and Executive Leadership as necessary Communicate effectively both written and verbally, ensuring that a deep, trusting relationship is built on an individual and organizational level Communicate internally with Valorem Reply managers, project managers, operations, marketing / alliance team members, and consultants working with the account or prospect. Working with our alliance partners (Microsoft, Databricks) to ensure deal registration, program qualification and participation, and marketing recognition Ensures administrative requirements are meet accurately and timely according to company standards Requirements: 10+ Years of enterprise sales experience to CxO suite 1+ Years Experience selling in the Microsoft channel Fluent in Microsoft collaborative tools and CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) Minimum of a basic knowledge the Microsoft cloud stack (Azure, M365, D365) Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred About Reply
