Position: Media Sales Account Executive
Location: Boston, MA (Remote flexibility)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Media Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and expanding existing partnerships within our Media and Advertising sales channel. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by selling Out-of-Home (OOH) placed-based media directly to brands and agencies. With a hybrid setup offering remote flexibility, this position is focused exclusively on the vibrant Boston-area market.

Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery and pitch meetings with potential media customers.
Maintain a meticulously organized opportunity pipeline, consistently engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the sales process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, marketing, and city growth sales to ensure seamless client experiences.
Provide regular updates on pipeline progress to senior leadership.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines in alignment with senior leadership.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
Demonstrated experience in media sales and/or working with agencies.
Proven track record of meeting and surpassing quotas and goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate Characteristics:
Ability to transition seamlessly between independent work and collaborative team environments.
Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for managing shifting priorities.
Highly coachable with a thirst for improvement and feedback.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to explore new opportunities.
