The ideal candidate works with the RVP and their team throughout the customer life cycle to uncover and deliver incremental growth opportunities. drive internal lead management, support administrative efforts, manage client entertainment planning & coordination, trade show events, andmaintaindetailed client lists to accelerate new product crosssellsand expansion growth.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage regional tasks to progress the business, including client meeting prep / presentation development, credit line reporting for client program management, ad hoc initiative and program performance reporting, contract creation, commercial product application submissions and beyond.?Conduct client and industry research byleveragingmultiple companyprovidedsystems to aid in efficient client entrenchment by Field AD team includingprovidinganalysis to support client charge volume growth.Support B2B program growth initiatives including vendor file analysis, lead submission and pipeline oversight, communication & planning with key cross-functional business partners to close leads, coordinate campaign reporting and cadenced progress communication with team, client, & partners, charge volume activation verification and beyond.Drive internal lead management oversight and closely partner with Field AD team and team in the tracking, management, and analysis of overall pipeline progression.VP and Director meeting and planning support linked to client retention and efficient charge volume growth strategies for cross sell and expansion efforts.?All client engagements must befacilitatedwith integrity, andin accordance withour values, with a focus on profitably delivering solutionscommensuratewith the prospective client's needs.Provideclient business continuity when AD Manager is unavailable or atcapacity.Up to 25% travel may berequiredKnowledge and SkillsAbility to work independently in dynamic environment and manage multipleprioritiesHighly motivated and willingness to assume accountability for generating incrementalgrowthStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internalteamsHigh levelof professionalism and business acumenDemonstrated organizational and time managementskillsAccuracy and attention to detailrequiredProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordrequiredSales Force experiencepreferredAccount management & pipeline managementAssistswith management of a pipeline of opportunities,leveragingclient data/analytics to plan and prioritize activities.Consultative sellingEffectively identifies client needs to configure solutions with the assistance of the AD RVP and team, that address client requirements and deliver value.Influence & persuasionUsesappropriate interpersonalstyles and communication methods to gain acceptance for products and/or services.Demonstrating valueProactively and consistentlydemonstratesthe value of partnering with American Express.ResultsfocusDemonstrates a competitive, positive attitude, quickly adapts to different situations, and recovers from setbacks.Market, industry, & product knowledgeUnderstands at a detail level market/industry key competitors, challenges, terminology, technology, trends, and regulation.AttributesHigh learning agilityIntellectually curiousCollaborative and growth mindsetPersonal accountabilityCompliancefocusedExperienceBachelor's degreepreferredAccount Development / Sales experience, 1+ years minimumExperience partnering with clients across various markets /industriesExperience in a highly regulated industrySalary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
