Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude• Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials• Maintain accurate records of customer account activity• Collect customer payments and meet collection standards• Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone• Refurbish merchandise to like new condition• Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom• Take inventory and move items around storage and stock room• Complete customer service calls in a timely manner• Make daily deliveries of furniture to customers including loading and unloading of items
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age• High school diploma or GED• Friendly with great communication skills• Excellent customer service skills• Valid state driver's license and good driving record for a minimum of 1 year• Must be able to lift and move heavy items• Pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
