You’re an experienced, enthusiastic and articulate deskside support professional, adept with all aspects of an enterprise-scale environment. We are looking for an experienced IT Professional with advanced technical skills and a strong focus on customer service. You will play a key role in support and delivery of IT services to end users. The successful candidate will be a team player that understands the importance of collaboration but can also take direction and drive the resolution of issues to completion with minimal supervision. This individual will use extensive technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and service dedication to drive the continuous commitment of IT service to the business.
Responsibilities

Able to work in a Mac/Win environment
Experience with G-Suite, Okta and Jira
Research, reviews, and collects available technical information as a basis for documentation
Work with stakeholders to document current business processes and implement improvements
Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to reflect changes in product or process
Writes and maintains end-user documentation and instructional content
Perform new onboarding and training
Create technical content using diverse methods including in person, documentation and videos for end user consumption
Respond to user technical support inquiries and provide efficient and excellent customer
service
Excellent demonstrative communication skills over numerous mediums
Ability to dissect complex technical procedures to easy digestible steps
5 years of experience supporting enterprise environments with general networking, hardware and software, and SAAS applications questions
Demonstrable expertise in device management and configuration
Expertise in user account management
