Job Description:

SoFi is seeking a dynamic Web Chat Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a high level of energy and confidence, as well as excellent negotiation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize a variety of tools and resources to provide accurate and efficient information to customers.3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all customer interactions.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by SoFi.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.5. Energetic and confident personality.6. Excellent negotiation and cooperation skills.7. Must be able to work full-time in San Antonio, Texas.
