Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Manager at Monsanto, you will be responsible for overseeing the web chat platform, managing a team of chat agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Seattle, Washington, and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, providing feedback to chat agents, and improving chat response times.- Develop and implement chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales conversions.- Hire, train, and supervise a team of chat agents, providing coaching and guidance as needed.- Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Proven experience managing web chat platforms, preferably in a customer service or e-commerce environment.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and drive results.- Persuasion skills to influence chat agents and customers effectively.- Cooperation skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Familiarity with CRM software and chat technology.
