Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Anixter International is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat, assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability- Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong strategic planning and research skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in computer skills and ability to navigate web-based applications
