Job Description:
Procter & Gamble, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Providing support to customers via web chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and reviews- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in the web chat service
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strategic planning and project management skills- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
