Warehouse Supervisor

The Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor leads a dynamic team that provides order fulfillment to meet and exceed customer expectations. Fosters positive working relationships with customers. Responds proactively to performance concerns, discipline, employee complaints, and other employee relations matters. Such duties include verifying all orders that leave the facility, completing shipping documents, selecting contracted freight carriers, and scheduling and routing freight carriers while upholding Malarkey quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or the equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of supply chain, logistics, or transportation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge and experience with warehouse and supply chain functions. At least 2 years of leadership experience is preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and G-Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust workloads based on changing priorities. Ability to identify and manage conflict. Must possess the ability to work independently.
