Responsibilities

Requirements
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred• 10+ years of multi-family property management experience• 10+ years of direct management experience• 10+ years of client relationship management experience• 2+ years of experience in a Vice President role• Third-party, multifamily experience required• CPM certification preferred• Participation in industry groups preferred• 5+ years of experience in Yardi Voyager or equivalent system• Strong understanding of property management industry• Track record of accomplishments• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Completion of Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training
