Springwell is seeking a detail-oriented liaison to work with our vendor team.  Join a fast-paced team to make an impact in the lives of older adults. DESCRIPTION:
The Vendor Services Liaison will work with vendor coordinators and care managers by phone and email to find the right aides for our consumers.  Using Microsoft Excel and other databases, the VSL will maintain accurate electronic records and monitor trends.  The VSL will establish and maintain relationships with vendors and demonstrate an ability to handle multiple requests and changes in a professional manner.  The VSL will collaborate with the vendor services team to enter data, optimize processes, and serve as a direct contact for care managers and consumers as needed.  This individual will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, able to set and meet deadlines and balance multiple projects at once. QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree required. Previous experience in human services, customer service or call center preferred.
