Trust and Estate Associate Attorney Boston, Massachusetts Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Hightstown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate law. This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work life balance.
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the NJ State Bar. 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate law. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle complex legal matters. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
Bonuses available based on billable hours, with bonuses kicking in at 1000 billable hours.
