Transportation Analyst

We are actively seeking a Transportation Analyst for a contract assignment with a world-renowned food manufacturer. The Transportation Analyst will be responsible for managing and contacting bulk customers to validate the accuracy of order information, bulk product and delivery information.

Transportation Analyst Responsibilities:
• Execute operational plans across transportation categories
• Utilize Excel (Pivot tables/V-Lookups) and data analysis skills to review and analyze information, report back to business units
• Data analysis and reporting of supply chain and transportation information
• 50% of the role will be working in Excel, analyzing capacity, building reports and managing data
• 25% will be organizing and facilitating supplier meetings
• 25% ad-hoc projects as needed
Transportation Analyst Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Supply chain, inventory or transportation management background preferred.
