We are seeking a driven Technical Business Process Consultant to spearhead agile teams for our esteemed clients at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including public health information systems, clinical health IT, management consulting, quality management, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead scrum teams with a focus on quality, risk mitigation, and innovation management.
Demonstrate expertise in requirements elicitation, change management, and agile project execution.
Showcase excellence in customer service and professionalism in dealings with federal clients.
Support IT and public/clinical health programs through project delivery.
Contribute to the success of complex, large-scale technology initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting and project management.
Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and scaled agile frameworks.
Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Comfortable leading JAD sessions and documenting requirements.
Experience in quality assurance and software testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of public health and/or federal healthcare.
Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and cloud systems.
Professional Skills:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven leadership ability in a complex Federal environment.
Sound business ethics and confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP ®), preferred.

This position is remote and offers a competitive salary ranging from $57,737.00 to $98,153.00.
