We are seeking a dynamic Talent Sourcer to bolster our recruitment endeavors by effectively identifying and engaging potential candidates tailored to our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and specific requirements. Employ a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, scouring job boards, and participating in networking events, to pinpoint prospective candidates. Conduct meticulous initial screenings and assessments to ascertain candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles. Foster and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring readiness for both current and future job openings. Deliver prompt and precise updates to recruiters and hiring managers, providing comprehensive insights into candidate sourcing activities and progress. Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport effortlessly. Previous experience in office administration is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and adeptness with various computer systems. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize tasks. Preferred Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in Human Resources (HR) would be advantageous. Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $17 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise.
