Summary The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for utilizing various sourcing methods to identify, pre-qualify, and engage potential candidates in the recruiting process. Communicates with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, and coordinates with recruitment to identify the most suitable talent from the available candidates. Education/Experience/Licensure Education/Formal Training Work Experience Credential/Licensure REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Must have at least two (2) years of Human Resources experience or two years of agency staffing experience. N/A PREFERRED: N/A Healthcare industry/hospital experience. N/A SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED: High School/GED equivalent and a combination of six (6) years of relevant human resources and recruitment experience in lieu of education and experience requirement. N/A N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed RDB and sourcing technologies (Entelo, hireEz, Seekout, Gem etc.) Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean (X-Ray) searches, and use of sources including GitHub, Reddit and dedicated user groups and associations. Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and leveraging Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, etc. to generate leads Experience with recruitment CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Talent Acquisition sourcing technologies. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Advanced time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Strong analytical thinking skills required Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused Key Job Responsibilities Partners with Talent Acquisition and Operations Leadership to implement sourcing strategies and best practice Utilizes behavioral interviewing techniques, screen and/or interview candidates and provide recommendations regarding applicant consideration and candidate selection. Works with Recruitment Marketing partners with creation of job specific recruitment marketing materials and executing on marketing campaigns Performs sourcing using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Entelo, TextRecruit etc. Utilizes a variety of social media channels to attract talent. Recommends new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent Thinks creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline Provides a stellar candidate experience and develop strong relationships with candidates Develops knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring. Physical Requirements The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
