Our Team is seeking to add a talented Supply Chain Manager to our Quitman, MS facility.
In this role, you will act as the facility liaison responsible for managing supply chain functions, including truck fleet, production and materials planning, purchasing, warehouse and distribution operations. You will have daily exposure with departments across the corporation, linking the mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to the company strategy.

In addition to your knowledge and technical expertise we are looking for your leadership skills to provide guidance and direction to employees working in these departments. Your strategic skills will help oversee the operation to meet schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with five (5) years of distribution/shipping operations management or leadership assignments demonstrating a progression of increased scope and responsibility
* Five (5) years supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills in a high:volume warehouse and/or distribution center
* Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting, people management, and leadership guidance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams
* Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
* Demonstrated project management experience
* Ability to be on:call 24/7
* Ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* SAP and/or equivalent production and logistics software experience
* Production planning, materials planning, and purchasing experience
* Lean manufacturing experience
