Supervisor HME Access Services- Providence Home Services Oregon
Schedule: Full Time/Days
The Supervisor HME Access Services provides direct supervision of Access team operations in Providence Home Medical Equipment Access Services. The supervisor is responsible for all operational functions including referral and patient access, accurate and timely completion of medical equipment orders, and facilitation of insurance payment through insurance verification and authorization processes. Position oversees the placement of orders for medical equipment, oxygen, sleep therapy, enteral feeding and related services.

Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree
Two to four years related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in insurance registration (qualification), phone center management, and customer service preferred
One year: Supervisory experience.
Two years: Experience with computer transaction system including data entry/inquiry in a complex business environment.

About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
