Position Overview: The Superintendent will coordinate and manage the construction project from pre-construction to closeout. The Superintendent will ensure that construction work is completed in accordance with plans, specification, schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all project requirements are met in accordance with contract specifications, safety, quality control, legal requirements, and customer satisfaction Inspect project sites to ensure that works are being performed in accordance with plans and specifications, safety, and quality control Coordinate with all subcontractors Ensure that all required inspections and certifications are obtained Solve any problems that arise during the construction process Maintain accurate records Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a GC Experience with Commercial, Municipal and Federal construction projects highly preferred Benefits -Competitive Salary $90-110K
