Superintendent - Civil Construction, Paving & Excavation

Position Overview: We are looking for a Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all construction activities on a civil construction site.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate all civil construction projects. Manage and coordinate all on-site activities with subcontractors and crew. Ensure that the project is completed within the estimated timeline and budget. Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. Monitor the project progress and take corrective action if necessary. Assist with the preparation of bids and estimates as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in civil construction, paving, excavation, asphalt, site civil, site concrete, concrete, utilities and/or heavy civil. Superintendent experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Proficient in the use of related software. Valid drivers license.
