POSITION Substitute Teacher (Washington, DC) (SY ******** )
Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays)
COMPENSATION $160.00 - $200.00 per day, contract role

OUR PARTNER CHARTER
The school is a public charter school from Pre-K through 7th grade that serves a diverse group of learners across three locations in Wards 5 and 6. They use the EL Education model, which emphasizes interactive, hands-on, project-based learning, and focuses on the whole child.

Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Must have) Valid teaching certification/license (Nice to have) Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members. Thorough understanding and expertise in the subject area being taught. Strong classroom management skills. Proficiency in using educational technology tools. Experience in lesson planning and preparation.
