About the Team
As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Presales team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase the power of the company's applications to prospects and customers alike.
This team's mission is to bring to life the value of the company solutions and demonstrate how they can transform the world of work. You'll collaborate closely with sales counterparts and intersect with Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, gaining exposure to various facets of the business.
About the Role
The company is seeking a Solution Consultant with Financial Management/ERP expertise to join our Retail and Hospitality Solution Consulting team. As a key member of this strategic team, you'll represent the company Financials and solutions to prospective customers in the Retail and Hospitality sector.
You'll engage with prospects as part of the sales team, leading discovery calls, collaboratively developing product solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. With the company, you'll help customers transform their operations, leveraging our best-in-class single system-of-record for people, projects, financials, and business intelligence.
Your industry and finance knowledge, polished presentation skills, and collaborative sales experience will be essential in articulating the unique value of the company solution and driving SaaS adoption in Retail and Hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
- Assisting in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating a deep understanding of our solution, services, and training.
- Contributing to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
- Supporting sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
- Assisting in responding to RFIs.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
About You
Basic Qualifications - Senior Solution Consultant:
- 7+ years of extensive financial domain expertise, including 3+ years working with core accounting concepts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), and industry-relevant topics such as project accounting.
- 5+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based financial management applications.
Basic Qualifications - Solution Consultant:
- 5+ years of extensive financial domain expertise, including 1+ years working with core accounting concepts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), and industry-relevant topics such as project accounting.
- 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based financial management applications.
Other Qualifications:
- CPA preferred.
- Presales, implementations, and consulting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in financial management within Retail and Hospitality or Diversified Industries is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects individually as well as cross-functionally.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences, with experience in value-based selling being a plus.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
