Our goal is to expand access to our therapies so we can help potentially millions of people get their lives back.Join us for a career in sales that changes lives.A Day in the Life:At Medtronic, the Regional Therapy Support Specialist supports the InterStim Therapy groups in the areas of surgical coverage, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service and education within a designated region.  In certain instances, this role may be engaged in basic market development activities depending upon the needs of the region.  When not supporting regional needs, primary focus will entail supporting case coverage, education, and market development needs of local district under the direction of immediate district manager.  Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.As needed throughout the region due to case volume demands, open territories, leaves of absence etc, represent Medtronic Neuromodulation during surgeries and implants by providing all necessary equipment and products required for the implant, demonstrates expertise in all aspects of implant, follow-up support and troubleshooting techniques (such as proper device selection, appropriate programming, correct implantation and testing of all device systems).Maintains current knowledge about assigned products and services as well as competitive products. For new and existing accounts, this position is able to proactively identify needs and teach a broader level of caregivers and account employees.  Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and therapies.
