Responsibilities
• Produce enterprise reports within the Case Management Department• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reports• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve outcomes• Work with all levels of management• Demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to excellence• Ability to function independently in a rapidly changing environment• Build and analyze data for distribution to facility and corporate leadership• Participate in data analysis and interpretation• Develop understanding of end-to-end process• Collaborate with Corporate Case Management staff in report development
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience analyzing healthcare data• Proficiency in BI tools and Microsoft Excel• Financially oriented with attention to detail• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills• Experience with QA test plans and documentation• Knowledge of case management and/or utilization review preferred• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Effective communication skills• Strategic and critical thinking abilities• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships
Key Skills Needed
