Responsibilities
• Interface with site teams and leadership to capture and standardize turnover requirements• Maintain project tracking and reporting of key site turnover requirements• Support site teams by directly assisting with asset onboarding, CMMS setup, and mapping configuration item relationships• Coordinate with site teams to identify and understand lessons learned• Coordinate with Development to provide Freedom Build design feedback• Understand Freedom Build Basis of Design changes and track whether they are to be incorporated• Maintain alignment between Development, Facilities Operations, and Finance regarding reporting of power capacity• Coordinate with Procurement and Facilities Operations teams to ensure an accurate inventory of purchased equipment is maintained
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Military schooling or equivalent professional experience• Three or more years of professional experience in mission critical construction, commissioning, and/or operations• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite• Ability to travel up to 25%• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
