We are looking for another dynamic and talented person to join our team as a Service Advisor. We're an FCA dealership offering brand new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. We also sell and service all makes and models of used vehicles! Our service team has a full plate of varying work. The right person should be self-motivated and energetic. We would be willing to provide training needed to invest in the right candidate.

Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you own each customer?s experience in the service drive and on the phone. You are usually the first point of contact with our service customers and will be expected to become well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. Our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. From greeting vehicle owners on the service drive, to explaining the repair process.
We heartily welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry that have had previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality. The right candidate will be trained accordingly!
Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of Service Drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of each customer's legendary experience
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Collaborate with the technicians to manage the overall workload.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Experience Scores at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department.
Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Collaborate with all members of the service and sales departments whenever necessary.
