Senior Training Specialist

Title: Senior Training Specialist Personnel Qualifications A bachelor's degree. At least 10 years of experience in all task order applications and technologies. Capabilities Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.
