Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience in related field
Minimum 7 years Software Engineering and IT project management experience
4+ years of technology and software engineering experience with a focus on building software products for internal or external customers
Exposure to PHP/Laravel, Node.Js/Express and databases MySQL.
Exposure to HTML/CSS/ React.js
Exposure to Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
Exposure to 3rd party services such as Realm DB cloud and AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, etc)
1 + years of management experience
Background and experience in Automotive a plus
Team player with excellent work habits and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience implementing and maturing Agile delivery practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to meet or exceed goals and objectives
Experience managing external consultants and vendors as project resources
Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, including the development of contingency and mitigation plans
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product owners, analytics, and production engineering resources
Travel varies, but will be approximately 10%
