Description of Duties/Essential FunctionsUnder general direction, plans, organizes, controls and manages the Division of Real Estate Services and Consultation in the absence of the Division Manager; manages and reviews office and field land acquisition activities for the purchase of properties. Supervises the ordering and review of title commitments, and land surveys. Supervises the fiscal function of the Division and develops and maintains ongoing communications with private and public organizations and officials in other departments in the procurement of property and property rights.

Minimum RequirementsRequires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four years of college with course work in business management, agriculture, real estate or related fields. Requires thorough knowledge of the Departments Realty Program, four years professional experience in management and administration in a public or business organization. Requires the ability to estimate and budget for future needs and cost of personnel, space, equipment, supplies, etc. To exercise judgement and discretion in developing, implementing and interpreting departmental policies and procedures and to evaluate new and revised methods, procedures and performance standards. Prefer certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser.

Work Hours & Location/Agency ContactAnticipated Starting Salary: $80,000-115,000
Pay Plan Salary Range:$51,540-$145,536

Monday ? Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 1-hour lunch, Saturday & Sunday off
