Responsibilities
• Supports the Supply Chain process for caregiver devices and peripherals• Obtains quotes, handles warranty repairs, replacements, and loaner device distribution• Uses ServiceNow and Oracle to obtain source of truth information• Serves as primary support to resolve incidents and other fulfillment issues• Delivers timely and accurate information, support, and services to caregivers• Maintains focus on positive customer service experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent• 5 years related experience• Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes• Experience with n-tier solutions• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating service outages• Experience influencing software engineering team members• Experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups• Good experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior and process decisions• Experience in problem solving using systematic procedures and root cause analysis• Advising on employee, business, and IS equipment• Experience evaluating orders, invoices, and quotes from preferred suppliers• Knowledge of procurement functional and system processes• Knowledge and administration of vendor management policies and procedures
