This role necessitates a comprehensive grasp of various IT and Radio technologies to ensure the seamless provision of Voice and Data communications across Offices, Pipelines, Plants, Meter Stations, and Block Valves. Crucially, this entails safeguarding the reliability of communications from remote devices to the SCADA system, ensuring adherence to pertinent specifications, policies, industry standards, and vendor-specific requirements for both existing and novel equipment. Furthermore, acting as a subject matter expert for communication aspects within Engineering Projects, this role extends to providing 24x7 on-call support. The Senior Infrastructure Specialist reports to the Manager, Network Operations and is responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and supporting the communications infrastructure.
