If you are a creative, data-driven individual passionate about making a tangible impact on healthcare, we want you on our team.YOUR OPPORTUNITIESIn this role, your responsibilities will include:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth hacking strategy focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our healthcare mobile appCollaborate with product, data science, design, and engineering teams to leverage insights and technical capabilities in creating viral growth initiativesDesign and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaigns and product features for growthAnalyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling the user base and enhancing user experienceManage and optimize paid media and digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and moreFoster partnerships and explore new channels to promote app adoption and user retentionCraft compelling narratives around our product and mission to drive organic growth through content marketing, PR, and community engagementEstablish and monitor key growth metrics, reporting on performance and adjusting strategies accordinglyQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field5+ years of proven experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably within the tech or healthcare industryStrong portfolio showcasing successful growth campaigns that have significantly impacted user base and engagementExpertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and data analysisProficient in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platformsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teamsCreative thinker with a test, learn, and iterate mindsetExcellent communication and project management skillsWe take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $141,250.
