Responsibilities
• Collaborate with a team of risk professionals and embed risk management activities• Understand business opportunities and recommend practical solutions• Develop and deliver project plans tied to strategic priorities• Analyze internal controls and optimize risk through root-cause analysis• Balance attention to detail with strategic direction in an entrepreneurial culture• Effectively communicate complex ideas to influence others• Communicate effectively with senior and executive-level audiences• Produce high-quality reports and presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• 4+ years of professional experience in audit, risk advisory services, or enterprise risk management• Advanced knowledge and application of audit and risk craft• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to identify and assess business risks and controls• Understanding of Nike's business and operating model• Project management experience• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)• Preferred: professional risk certifications, experience with dynamic risk assessment and data analytics• Subject matter expertise in relevant areas
