Primary Responsibilities:
We are in search of an Attorney based in Oklahoma, duly licensed to practice law in the state. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Initiative-driven individual with an acute eye for detail, adept at managing sizable caseloads while adhering to deadlines.
Proficiency in utilizing and adapting to job-related technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and collaboration platforms like Teams.
Demonstrated negotiation prowess to amicably resolve impound lien disputes with repair shops, tow yards, and governmental bodies, as well as proficient in settling property damage claims with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
Litigation acumen to pursue legal recourse when negotiations falter, engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration or litigation, encompassing all facets of the legal process.
Prompt evaluation of new assignments, analyzing and interpreting potential resolution avenues for cases involving entities with substantial financial interests in high-value assets.
Direct communication with pertinent stakeholders, encompassing insurance adjusters, attorneys, body shops, tow yards, and clients, through both verbal and written channels.
Facilitation of negotiations and settlements within authorized parameters, obtaining requisite documentation and ensuring client satisfaction with settlements.
Diligent documentation of all case-related activities in designated computer systems, encompassing contacts, investigations, negotiations, and evidentiary materials.
Adherence to ethical standards delineated by the Rules of Professional Conduct.

We welcome applicants across a spectrum of experience levels, from entry-level to seasoned professionals. Upon selection, comprehensive training will be provided. All attorneys are employed full-time, and we do not engage in of-counsel or co-counsel arrangements. Given our ongoing growth, new supervisory and management opportunities are regularly emerging. It's important to note that we do not engage in outside client representation due to conflict checks.
