About the Role:Motive is seeking a data quality analyst to help our Sales operations, account quality and distribution teams. This role will report to our high performing and rapidly expanding Account Strategy & Growth team and be responsible for a variety of projects that enable the Sales and Salesops team to better understand the data. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining key metrics, pulling data for ad hoc requests from executives, and collaborating with Salesops and the Sales team to analyze data and provide solutions.What You'll Do: Own end-to-end domain and work closely with Sales Operations and Sales Team, to identify business problems and opportunities.Analyze large data sets to develop insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.Create and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Help drive the analytical rhythm of our business, including monthly business reviews, org deep dives, and ad hoc analysis requests.Initiate, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data models that power dashboards and data products with outstanding craftsmanship.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering). MBA is a plus.4+ years experience in Sales operations, data analysis, data science.Hands-on experience in data-oriented programming (e.g. SQL) is a must; Statistician programming (e.g. Python) is a plus.Experience with Tableau, Redash or other business intelligence platforms is a plus.Strong communication and business acumen skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience manipulating large amounts of structured and unstructured data.Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
