Principal Risk Managers Identify, measure, monitor, and control risk in the firm's principal investment portfolios (Principal investments are investments made using the firm's capital), including risk due diligence for new investments or divestitures, and ongoing portfolio risk management. In Principal Risk Team, you will be part of Middle Office supporting Principal Risk framework and will be required to forge strong relationships with technology, reporting, country risk management and middle office functions of other risk stripes. Core function will involve:


Roles and Responsibilities: Perform regular and ad-hoc reporting / presentations to Risk Managers and Senior Managers on Principal Risk data. Aggregate and analyze the Principal Risk data attribute changes for weekly risk meetings and monthly risk reporting packages. Maintain data quality in the aggregation systems and utilize system tools to control accuracy of the reported results. Understand controls/policies that are in place and execute projects to enhance the control environment. Participate in user acceptance testing for technology enhancements. Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience Knowledge of financial products required and knowledge of credit risk and/or market risk principles preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus Self-motivated and comfortable working with large amounts of data A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, lead initiatives and bring tasks to complete closure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation Good team player who can work well with colleagues of various levels, across multiple locations. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
