Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities Lead and orchestrate all aspects of employee lifecycle – from recruitment and induction to performance evaluation, training, mentorship, and motivation
Maintain unwavering focus on employee welfare, customer satisfaction, and food safety standards
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) by optimizing inventory, controlling food costs, and overseeing labor expenses
Restaurant General Manager Requirements High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2-4 years of demonstrated experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced environment
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support
Proven track record of effective team leadership and an appetite for growth
