Key Responsibilities:
Act as a versatile resource across various project teams, providing support wherever necessary to drive project success.
Engage with multiple functional areas based on business needs, including:
Research Operations
Community Health
Endpoint and Specialty Services
Site Operations
Data Management
Quality Control
Trial Master File
Prepare essential project documents like Master Plans, Resource Materials, and Meeting Minutes. Assist with document submission to the Trial Master File.
Manage communications with investigational sites, our team, and sponsors to address data queries and gather crucial documentation.
Track and support the administration of project-specific training as well as the entry and review of endpoint testing.
Contribute to the distribution and management of study materials and assist with query management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time and issues are resolved promptly.
Serve as a study coordinator for designated projects as needed.
Maintain strict adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, and relevant regulations.
What You Bring to the Team:
A minimum educational qualification of a GED or High School Diploma; a Nursing or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a clinical research setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and relevant FDA and ICH regulations.
Competence in Microsoft Office applications, especially in handling spreadsheets and documents.
Strong communication and organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and solve problems effectively.
