Job Description:

Robinhood is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Entry Level Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including gym membership, joining bonus, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively- Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience- Utilize planning and organization skills to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required - we are seeking motivated individuals looking to start their career in customer service
