Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at Motorola Solutions, based in Jacksonville, Florida, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role and is suitable for individuals at the Associate Level of seniority.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate solutions to customers.3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product issues, and potential improvements to processes.

Requirements:1. A dedicated and hardworking individual committed to providing excellent customer service.2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.6. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.7. Prior experience in a remote customer support role is preferred.
