Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, accessing test results, and understanding services offered- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Utilize negotiation and problem-solving skills to manage difficult situations and find solutions- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
