We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Booking.com in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize resources and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Confident and resourceful individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment- Strong project management skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home for remote work
