Additional START DATE : Fri May 10th, 2024 SHIFTS : You must be available to work a 40 hour work week between 7:30am-6:30pm PST Monday through Friday. TRAINING : Paid training. No time off allowed during this time or orientation to ensure optimal development. Training is three weeks 8:15am-5:00pm MST .
PAY RATE : is $21.50/hour and up to $450 in monthly bonus potential
REMOTE : Both training and the position will be work from home. The company provides equipment, and the employee supplies a hard-wired internet connection, internet download speeds of at least 25mbps, and a distraction-free work environment. Employees are required to be on video in select internal meetings and trainings.
First 90 Days : To ensure optimal development, only 2 PTO days can be requested off after training/nesting within the first 90 days

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES : + Responds to inbound calls within inside sales environment from residential customers inquiring about their existing service with Republic Services for their home or residence.
