Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Remote Administrative Associate to join our team at KKR in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in a remote setting. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and organize email correspondence and calendars for team members.2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.4. Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting.5. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.7. Assist with special projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Adaptability to change and willingness to problem-solve.7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
