The Relationship Manager/Escrow Officer will drive the Wisconsin expansion efforts of one of the largest and most successful title agencies in the Midwest. :Work with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive state:wide sales strategy.
:Build relationships with real estate agents, lenders and builders that lead to increased title orders.
:Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan.
:Maintain on:going communication with existing customers to determine needs, solicit feedback, and promote services.
:Be responsive to all customer inquiries in a professional and proactive manner.
:Maintain an updated target list of prospective customers and monitor progress in converting from prospective to current customers.
:Develop marketing strategies.
:Attend industry:related networking events.
:Attends and manages real estate closings.
:7+ years of title insurance or real estate sales experience required
:Wisconsin title license (or ability to obtain)
:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
:Ability to work with confidential information and data.
:Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
:Dynamic personality and strong work ethic.
