What does the Regional Security Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Regional Security Manager will be primarily responsible for security operations, security-centric training, and identifying, investigating, and reporting on all matters of theft, fraud, workplace violence and other, as directed within their assigned geography. This person will be required to routinely visit and collaborate with area senior leadership, facility management, and associates, along with other internal stakeholders on concerns or improvements to security. Focused on enhancing security practices, reducing losses, mitigating risk, and evolving a culture of security-centric practices across their area, the Security Manager will act as a valued and collaborative business partner. The Security Manager will have knowledge in physical security planning, systems, and utilization. Responsibilities:Advises the Security Director and area management team on all security related issues and activities.Performs physical security reviews on all facilities within their territory with recommendations for enhancements.Assists in the development of annual security-centric planning, budgeting, and acquisition / implementation activities.Routinely collaborates with internal function groups in successfully identifying, investigating, and mitigating economic loss and other risks to the Company.Identifies, investigates, and reports on all matters of internal theft, fraud, workplace violence, and others as directed.Maintains confidentiality on all internal matters as directed. Trains the workforce within their territory on the Safe Workplace Program, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.Supports the Security function in providing and tracking ongoing Programs training, interventions, and other security-centric activities. Develops and sustains strategic liaison with Law Enforcement and Regulatory agencies across their primary territory, and peers in the corporate security industry to share and discuss and best practices.Navigates ambiguity and exercises a high degree of autonomy in decision making, while adapting to and championing change.Supports solid business and security-centric value measure metrics, trending, and benchmarking.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military Service requiredSecurity certification including CPP, PSP, or PSC required4+ years physical security management experience required4+ years' experience developing, managing, and facilitating physical security projects, including integrating electronic card access and CCTV systems across multiple locations required2+ years Security Program development and budgeting required4+ years of security management or law enforcement experience 5+ years of experience conducting and managing complex internal investigations Up to 50% Travel
